Dear Readers,

I have had quite an adventure by flying to the Southwest wilderness in Tasmania with a dear artist friend. My husband and I accompanied her and some of her art students to her favourite places in the wilderness.

I was enraptured by the beauty and isolation. I found it a life changing experience and I don’t say that lightly. It was impossible to take a bad photo! I actually left the photographing to my husband so I could just see it through my eyes rather than the lens of a camera.

My second adventure was taking my grandchildren to see Hastings Cave about an hour and a half from home. They loved it and I loved watching the wonder on their little faces. It was truly magical.

I hope this month is one of adventure and magical moments for you too.
